Dr. Robert E. Levens, D.D.S.
Dr. Levens was born in Nacogdoches,Texas and grew up in and around East Texas. His undergraduate education was at Baylor University, with a double major in Finance and Science. His doctoral degree is from the Baylor University Dental School in Dallas. Dr. Levens completed a general practice residency in the United States Air Force. He served as Captain in the USAF at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio and Kirkland AFB in Albuquerque, New Mexico. He entered private practice in Lufkin, Texas in 1995. Dr. Levens’ earned his Fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry in 2006. He and his family relocated to Colorado Springs, CO in August of 2010.
He is married to Elisabeth Levens and they have three children.
